Our water heater had developed a leak in the attic and needed to be replaced. I called Al and he came the next day and discussed how to relocate the water heater from the attic to the garage. He quoted a very good price with an American made water heater and based upon other companies estimates saved us several hundred dollars. His excellent service and installation were exactly as he had promised. I will use Al for any future plumbing repairs and have recommended All About Water Heaters to all of my friends. “We got home on a Sunday and found our water heater leaking. It was leaking out the garage door into the driveway. All About Water Heaters took our call immediately and walked us through how to turn it off on the phone. They came out the following day and replaced the water heater then coordinated with the city about getting it inspected. Very happy with how prompt and helpful they were in such an emergency. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Price was reasonable and they did not up charge us for having to respond to an emergency.”

“We had an issue of Pilot not flaring up on our gas water heater which was in the attic. Contacted “All About Water Heaters” and
Albert told me to send couple of pictures of a part. He told me that he would come and take a look at it. It must be just a simple fix and for that you should not end up changing the whole water heater. He came the same day I contacted him. Looked at it.. and it was a simple fix as he had predicted. He really knows All About Water Heaters. He is very professional, very reasonable and up to his word. I would definitely hire him again. if there was an A+ I would have definitely rated it.”

“Our water heater broke down on Sunday and we had no hot water. We called Al, and several other water heater installation companies, Monday morning. Al was professional, courteous and gave us a very good price even without an onsite visit. More importantly, he said he could install that afternoon. He was true to his words. Two people came around 2pm the same day. It took a bit longer than they expected because of additional work that needed to be done. But they completed it around 6.30pm and he did not charge anything extra. Al provided great service at excellent prices. He is a customer’s dream! I would recommend All about Water Heaters without reservation.”

“I contacted Al based on reviews from Angie’s list. After receiving a few different quotes not only was Al the most reasonably priced but it was the conversation regarding the project that sold me. He took the time to answer my questions and provide additional information regarding this project. The other plumbers I contacted were just happy to e-mail me quotes.
We set up an install date and Al kept me posted via text every step of the way. On the scheduled service day Al’s employee arrived late due to truck problems but fortunately I was home and it was not an issue. He did not have my phone number to contact me and let me know.
He got right to work upon arrival. There was some minor mis-communication regarding the expansion tank to be installed but he was able to contact Al (who was out of town) and get it straightened out.
All in all the experience was positive. The water tank is working great. The water pressure in my home is now regulated and we are happy with the results.
I would recommend Al and All About Water Heaters to anyone.”

“After checking out a few places on Angie’s List as well as Home Depot, we decided to go with Al (All About Water Heaters). We bought a new water heater from Al about 12 days back. I called and Al answered the phone. He was upfront about an all inclusive cost. I spoke to him on a Thursday morning and the new water heater was installed the same day. The installer Jason was very good. Al also arranged for the city inspection and everything went well. We may be needing another new water heater to replace our 2nd older water heater. I will look no further. Al is our man! Thumbs up for Al and his team for the excellent work.”

“They were very responsive. Answered the phone on a Saturday. We had no hot water and needed help quick. Several other water heater service providers or plumbers who were highly rated on Angie’s List simply never returned phone calls (even after several days) or never called back after promising to call back. All about water heaters came out and replaced the two water heaters quickly and without issue and for a good price. It’s been several months since then and the water heaters have been working great. The only issue we had was the service guy’s truck left a big oil stain on our driveway but we were able to get it off eventually. I wish they’d just park on the street.”

“I am very pleased with the service that All About Heaters provided when I needed to replace two water heaters in my house. Al was very professional answering my questions and taking care of the permit with the city. The installer, Jason, and his assistant, took care of removing the old units and bringing the new ones to the attic and doing all the plumbing work. Jason also took care of a couple of faucets with plugged cartridges as a result of sediments. Overall the experience was quite positive, the cost was competitive and I have no problem recommending this company.”
